We were commissioned to design a new factory and offices for Neida Products, manufacturers of metal components.

The building comprises of a prominent two storey glazed office building with a portal framed workshop to the rear which can be easily extended. The scale of the building was reduced by introducing a glazed perimeter clerestory and prominent corner entrance.

The building was procured on a design and build contract with tight programme and budget constraints.
