In 1998, we were commissioned to design a new factory and offices for Clive Durose, manufacturers of timber and stair components.

The building comprises of a prominent two storey glazed office building with a portal framed workshop to the rear.

The building was procured on a traditional JCT contract and incorporates a wood-burning boiler which burns waste timber from the manufacturing process to provide space heating within the building.
