Woodcock's Well is an attractive stone building in an elevated semi-rural setting overlooking Cheshire. In recent years, increasing administration and pupil numbers have resulted in the need for more space.

We were appointed by the school to prepare a detailed feasibility study for refurbishment and improvements to the building which include a new entrance extension and loft conversion, reduced running costs by adding insulation and using renewable energy technologies and improvements to the quality of the existing internal spaces. The proposals will result in new reception, office and storage facilities along with an additional classroom.

Proposals have been drawn up and it is envisaged that the new facilities will be operational by September 2012.
